In 2003, Tongsheng Environmental Protection Company was established, relying on the research and technology of Jiangsu University to carry out market-oriented development of industry university research. It mainly engages in environmental engineering services such as municipal water supply and drainage process planning, equipment supply, and automation control. In 2004, the company was awarded the title of "Contract abiding and Creditworthy Enterprise". In 2007, the company relocated to Zhenjiang High tech Industrial Park and closely cooperated with universities to increase research and development of new energy-saving and environmentally friendly technology products. In 2008, the company undertook the research and development of an energy-saving and environmentally friendly outdoor environmental conditioning system for the Zhenjiang Industry University Research Cooperation Program project, and successfully developed it. In 2008, the company became the designated supplier of spray cooling systems and equipment for Chaoyang Park Beach Volleyball Stadium and Olympic Park National Stadium for the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games, and successfully completed the Olympic Games service guarantee task, winning awards.
